What happens after I pay?

Some of Ryan's offers ask for a waiver. You sign it once, when you book. Your spot is booked at once. It shows on your schedule, and Ryan is told. Menty emails you a receipt. A Room is a monthly membership. You are in right away: open Room for the welcome video, the weekly videos and the live calls.

How do I cancel or move a session?

Cancel free up to 24 hours before. For a new booking, inside 24 hours there is no refund and the session is used. A no-show uses the session. Open the session on your schedule to cancel it. One-on-one sessions also have Move. Inside 24 hours the time is locked, but Ryan can still move one. A Room membership cancels from your wallet. It stops renewing, and you keep it through the period you already paid for.

Who can see an athlete's information?

The account holder can. Ryan sees the athlete's profile, intake answers and waiver details only while the athlete trains with Ryan. Medical notes go only to the account holder and the coaches the athlete trains with. Other coaches and other families cannot see them.

How do I message the coach?

Open Messages and pick Ryan. After you book, the thread is there.

When does the Room video come?

Ryan's Room video comes on Wednesdays. The next one shows in Room.

How do refunds work?

A session cancelled 24 hours or more ahead is refunded to your card, or the credit goes back to your wallet. If Ryan cancels, you get back what you paid for it: your money, or your credit. A Room membership stops renewing when you cancel and stays open through the period you already paid for.
