What “Verified” means
Menty Verified means Stripe has confirmed Caden's identity and bank account, so payments and refunds run through us. It is not a background check. Anything below about Caden's playing career or coaching is Caden's own description. How we keep families safe · Refund policy
Paying & refunds
You pay through Menty, never the mentor directly. Cards are handled by Stripe (Menty never sees a card number), and the mentor is paid out to the bank account Stripe verified. Because it runs through us, a refund is something we can actually action. Refund policy.
Waiver
Before a first session, a parent/guardian (or an eligible adult athlete) must review and sign the applicable waiver.
